| Tai Chi
(for falls
prevention) |
| Research has shown that learning
basic Tai Chi can be most beneficial for older people who want to stay on
their feet. Falls are a leading cause of hospital admissions for
older people, but you don't need to join those statistics. Participants
are aged 60-90 years old, and numbers have grown considerably meaning we
now run two classes. |
